A Case of Myxoid Liposarcoma of Neck

Liposarcoma is a very rare malignant tumor affecting the head and neck area. Since it an invasive life-threatening disease, active treatments necessary. However, differential from lipoma, its corresponding benign counterpart, may be difficult. Herein, we report case of posterior myxoid liposarcoma in 72-year-old man who was initially misdiagnosed with including literature review diagnosis between lipoma liposarcoma.
